How much is this going to throw off my speedo?

Aight, so I found a dude that'll sell me his wheels, but the only problem is, the wheel is 225/35/18, whereas I'm supposed to be running 215/40 or 225/40

Normally, I wouldn't run it... but the deal is too good to pass up. So how much is my speed going to get thrown off? Any site I can go to for a figure? Help!?

Well... I went to that site... for whatever reason, it doesn't work on my Mac, lol. I'll check it at work.

I also found out that its not 225/35, it's 235/35

Ouch.

And I want to lower on sportlines next month. Hmm...

It's 18x7.5 45mm offset. Not dropped yet. I thank you very much +rep if you will calculate it for me :)

LX stockies are 205/55R16, no clue on the offset...

Speedometer - Assuming that this is OEM tire and speedometer readings are correct. When speedometer reads 60mph (96.6km/h) actual speed will be 59mph (95km/h): 1.7% slower.

Ain't no big deal, I would MUCH rather be going slower than it says than faster than it says, lol... tickets ftl... REP!!!

Now... onto the rubbing issue. 235... pretty goddamn wide, right? Especially running 7.5 width. Now, I know I'll rub when I lower, but, stock? Any clue?

edit: You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to rippars again.

UGH!!! TORTURE!!! -remind me later and I'll hook you up phat!

lmao no problem... i dont think you'll have much problems at the stock height but you might want to talk to some of the wheel gurus like Tim or ILL FG2.
