spray paint rims

hey, i wonder what kind of spray paint i need to paint the rsx rims, what kind of primer, how many coats, and gloss, etc...? basically i need a 101 how to spray paint rims lesson. Dont want to power coat it, too much $$$

dupli wheel paint..and sand paper..i believe it's 300 grit and 800..dont remember exactly, i willl double check..about 5/6 coats of paint, and 3/4 clear coat.
