Technically it depends on the thread pitch I suppose for integrity but I wouldn't trust my life with four turns. The SAE requirement is the same engagement depth as the width of the lug but I'd say at 5.75 you're pretty close to that.

Rear has plenty of clearance. The OEM springs and the N+ springs diameter is not that different and shocks are pretty much the same which is whats next to the wheel.
