How many threads are you catching with that? I've heard the minimum to be safe is 6 full turns.

Technically it depends on the thread pitch I suppose for integrity but I wouldn't trust my life with four turns. The SAE requirement is the same engagement depth as the width of the lug but I'd say at 5.75 you're pretty close to that.

I'll try and see how many turns without the 5mm spacer. I think i'll get an extra turn or 2

So I am about to pull the trigger and get 17x9 +45 in the rear... (i have 17x9 +35 in the front)... right now i got Buddy Club N+...if i get koni setup in the future will it rub?

you'll be fine with both coilovers +45 in the rear allows you to run under 2 degrees of camber

Interesting...then why do some people moan about how 17 x 9 + 45 in the rear will not be doable? ive gotten a lot of mixed answers about this.

Rear has plenty of clearance. The OEM springs and the N+ springs diameter is not that different and shocks are pretty much the same which is whats next to the wheel.

Yep... Even with the koni shocks and what ever lowering springs, it should still clear the rear.
