Replacing Front Tires

I have a few questions about replacing my Si's front tires. My front right tire has been losing air a lot faster than the rest recently so I took it in and they said it has a scratch in it. Since it's been low a lot, that tire is pretty worn. They recommend that I replace both front tires since the left one is kinda bad too. Right now, I still have the stock all-seasons.

If replacing just the front tires:

1) Should I get summer tires or do I have to get all-seasons since that's what I am keeping in the back?

2) I guess the stock all seasons are 215/45-17. Do the ones I get need to be the same?

2) I am looking for something cheap since I plan on eventually getting 18s and new tires. Which of the following would yall get? (They are the cheapest ones on Tire Rack and are all 215/45-17).

Sumitomo HTR Z $64
General Exclaim UHP $71
Fuzion ZRi $77
Sumitomo HTR Z II $77
Sumitomo HTR+ $77
Kumho Solus KH16 $80
Kumho ECSTA ASX $81
Kumho ECSTA SPT $82

I would be fine with getting the Sumitomo HTR Z for $64. Are those decent tires or should I get one of the other ones?

Sorry, I don't know **** about tires. I searched but couldn't find anything about just replacing just front or rear tires.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

How often did you rotate your tires; miles?

I've found these type cars FWD with the high rear camber, need to be rotated frequently, I use every oil change ~4K miles. I wore out a set just as you described with ~8K mile rotation. Just a thought...buy a lifetime rotate/balance plan and use the **** out of it. $39.

Regarding tire, the ASX is an excellent tire, quiet, great grip, exceptional treadwear. Downsides, soft sidewall, needs higher pressure to not roll over in hard corning, flat spots from sitting over night. Still recommended though, I had them on my Mazda3s for ~15K miles.

I can get some Falken ZE-512 ZIEX (30-50 Series) for $64 a tire. That is pretty cheap. Are those decent tires? I don't really need anything too crazy right now. I just want something cheap.
