I like them. They look "tough." !8 x 8.5 might be pushing it though.

Do the CR kais come in 8.5?
I was thinking of goign with the CR's but I was thinking that the 5 spoke split would look too weird on the civic's body.
however, they are nice rims... I think 17x8 or 18x8 would be best.

^^^^HUH? The stock Si rims are a split five spoke, how would it look weird? I think those wheels are awesome, don't know if the 8.5 would fit though, sorry bro.

i wasn't very specific
the 5 split spoke on the SI has sort of... i dunno rounded or fat ends of the spoke
this is a point
they are very nice wheels, but just not so much on the civics.

ok. if you are looking for a flushed look.
yes. 8.5 would fit. but only with a +45 offset.
also depends on how low your are going to go.
anything with 1-1.75" drop you will be find.
and if comes to it, you just might have to fold the inner fender just abit.
but it will work. ONLY WITH +45OFFSET!!!
i write this with experience fact not guess.

good luck!! and enjoy.

yes. they are 19's
19x8 with a +40offset.
i still have approx. 0.5inches left from the outside of the wheel to the fender.
thats why i know for a fact that it will fit.
also planning on going 8.5 as well. just like the flushed look.....69
