I think it prob more due to the fact of pulled rear fender then just rolled correct me if i'm wrong. (Don't have any personal experience yet on civic fenders until I order my new wheels.)

on my old 240sx i had one side that was pulled looked nice and smooth but the other side came out really wavy like Moses parted the great sea of my fender himself but then again it was good size pull of a bit over an inch.)

Yes I'm aware it's not low enough in this picbut you can see what a terrible pull job was done here.(this was done about 8-9 years ago)(2004...or was it 2003)

Specs for the rear was 18x10.5 +5 with a 255/35/18 ...Yokohoma ES100 if i remember right

Sold it a bit less then 4 years ago. Plan to build another one later in life better then one before.

Good question you ask cause I really don't wanna pull the fenders on my 2009. Looking for a aggressive set up I can get away with -3 degrees of camber on a 215 tire on a 9 or 9.5.

From the wheels i'm looking at I have x9 with a +24 offset and a 215 tire with -3 degrees of camber and shaved/rolled fendees in mind. Dunno if that's gonna work cause I yet to personally try it out myself with this chasis.

From all the reading and research ive done, i dont think youll make it with the camber you wish. your prob looking at more of a -3.5 to -4 offset to fit that..and thats on a x9..a 9.5 the camber would be greater. Look up Silka i believe his name is, hes all over the negative camber thread, his specs are 17x9 +22 and i believe hes around -3.5 camber in the rear..

Above assuming your going to run a 215/40 or a 205/40

All White Everything.

You are prob right. I need to figure this out as a soon as possible cause i am gonna order my new wheels in the near future and from I understand it can take a min of 3 months from them to be made and shipped from Japan land.

I got lucky with my wheels you saw on my old car. I used to work at a wheel shop.

Guy came in to mount tires on them. They were brand new. 18x9 and 18x10.5 +5 all around.
I fell in love them in and i asked how much to buy them off of him. Ended up paying $2200 cash for them.
He came in to mount tires. He left with nothing and and I went home with some one of a kind ssr's.

I got lucky with my wheels you saw on my old car. I had no plans of buying them but when i saw them they were brand new and I offered the guy $2200 cash(rims only no tires) for them and he took it. (the specs were more aggressive then i anticipated but I made them fit the car.)
I hear ya man, ive been through two sets of wheels before i got my correct sizing right, dont rush it if your not sure, i learned the head way.

17x9 is the best way to go..
+22 is considered very aggressive for our cars.
+30 is considered mild aka "safe" but looks more flat faced and not as concave as the +22

I only know of a handful of guys that went to the +12..+0 offsets and they have some balls for sure..

Sounds like your want to be somewhere in the +22 range so go with that if your in a rush to buy, trust me its money.

I'm in no hurry. Here's what it boils down to

+35=you tried to look flush but but nothing special
+25=you are flush and looks great and not over the top
+12=you only went this low offset and you had something to prove. Sure it fits with -1000 degrees of camber but is your car broken? LOL

i seen that car. so weird looking cause his offsets caused his fronts to be concave and his rears to be flat.

I've only read that if you try to roll he rear too much then it will get waves. Something about how the rear quarter is stock dosnt allow for a really right roll.
