yeah seems to be the best ive seen so far.. just debating if i want to throw wheels on my car while im riding on skunk2 springs.. or wait it out and get coilovers first lol.. not sure how the skunk2 drop would look with a set of wheels.. was also thinkn of pickn up a set of ground countrol's n running them on my stock shocks.. wonder how that will work out

wouldn't look that bad in springs but obviously low on coils with X9 wheels looks 10x better....and if you do get the ground controls it will look good but doesn't drop much with stock shocks...that's what i have so what i did to go lower i took out the lock rings...got a lil bouncy after that but im kinda used to it now...but liked the drop a gave me...i personally want to go a lil lower more and since im all maxed out with the ground controls imma get some buddy club coils.

Well, if I'm looking at it correctly, the pic is of the rear right tire, and the way the tread is facing, that wheel is meant to be on the left side of the car. The tread is backwards. Now this isn't necessarily of major concern, but this might promote unwanted road noise but more importantly it can't disperse water effectively because the grooves are going the wrong direction.
There should be a direction on the sidewall of the tire showing which way it should be going. *edit* Never mind, upon closer inspection and finding out the brand of tire (falken 912's) it is the correct way. Last edited by randomtask77; 04-24-2011 at 02:49 AM. |
