Personally I wouldn't paint 'stock' rims. Bu hey let's first look at your car...EX or LX?

do a semi gloss black. Or i think gunmetal looks best on a black car. I have had a black integra and black prelude with gunmetal rims and im buying a 07 ex next month and i already bought gunmetal 17s for it : )!!!!

you should look into the option of powder coating as well. More durable then paint and overall just comes out better.

Dupicolor high performance wheel coating - Graphite grey

for the EX i recommend taking off the wheels so paint doesn't drip and also use sand paper ~1000 grit to make the paint stick real well

here's another persons painted my GG EX stock rims
