the +35mm is the offset. I'm not exactly sure of the offset needed to clear the brake calipers on the Si...i wanna say around the 40's are pretty common... as for the HUB 73...I really have no clue on

It should be fine with clearing the brakes, but that has as much to do with the spoke design as the offset. However, if you're lowered you'll probably have to roll the fenders or run a 215 width tire to fit. I've got some 17x8 +33 work meisters (the wheels that these are a knock-off of) on the way, so I'll keep everyone posted on whether or not a spacer is needed in front.

73 is the hub diameter of the wheel center on the inside. it needs to match up to the diamter of the wheelhub of the car its going onto. if the wheelhub of the car is smaller than the rim you're putting on you'll need hubcentric rings to make sure that there is no empty space between wheelhub and rimhub. if you do not use the hubcentric rings you'll feel shaking from the wheels when driving at higher speeds.

example: wheelhub is 65 and rimhub is 75, then you need a hubcentric that is 65 on one side and 75 on the other side of the ring to mate up properly.

did a little search here, should be 64.1mm. that sounds about right since my 03 civic coupe had the same bore.

You can get them off ebay for like $12 shipped. I got a set off there for my Volks a couple weeks ago.
