GEtting traction, which are The Best?

Ok so i am tired of droping the clutch on my si at 5500 rpms as many do to reach 14s in the 1/4 but my car stays there spinning as the competition (04 tiburon gt auto, intake and cam gears) gets a car and a half in front and it just becomes a catch up game. Hate them stock tires and even at 3K they squiel too much so im thinking of buying just 2 performance street/sticky tires for the front.
Which are the best for the price, im thinking of spending about $240 max for the 2 tires. What have you guys experienced with different tires droping the clutch at 5500. I need to get traction and keep the car going instead of staying in the same spot with them just going round and round and watching the enemys car fly by me.

What to choose?
www.1010tires.com ratings
Michelin Pilot® Sport PS2 Tires=overall 4.7
Fuzion ZRi Tires=overall 4.2
Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3=overall 4.4
BFGoodrich g-Force T/A® KDW NT Tires= 3.6
Yokohama ADVAN S.4. Tires=overall 4.7

I know i have the ratings but actuall usage is what counts so what do you guys use to keep them tires on the ground? Leaning towards the fuzion cause of the price though.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I have the Goodyear Eagle-F1 GS-D3's on my Si right now and I love them. They stick to the road much better than the stock all seasons. I don't have much else to compare them to though. I can say they handle great in the rain though :)

So have you ever taken it to the track and if so at what rpm does your car react best to off the line, 3k or 5500k?

Track use? Slicks. :)

PS2s are good, but they're expensive.

When you drop the clutch at 5500 RPM, do you bounce it off the limiter or just get to the limiter and hold? Also, how well can our clutches hold up dropping it at that RPM?
