Question Which winter tire set up is best?

I'm trying to think of which set up to go with this winter.

1. Get a set of 195/65R15 winter tires on 15" steelies.

2. Get a set of 205/55R16 on a 16" steelies and perhaps get a set of hubcaps from the US Civic LX.

3. Put the 205/55R16 winter tires on my stock alloy wheels and over the winter look for a set of rims I like (currently trying to get a set of OEM CSX rims) and put my all season on my new rims next year.

I've been trying to find a set of cheap alloy wheels for winter, but I found them pretty ugly, so ugly that I would rather have a set of steelies on. So pretty much I come down to the 3 options. Option 1 would be the cheapest, and probably a good option as narrower tires are better for winter driving. If I go with option 2, I may be able to keep the tires and rims for my next car when my lease is up and the LX hubcap look decent. Option 3 is the most expansive, but my car would look the best year round with this set up.

Btw, my car is the Cdn Civic LX, so it's got standard alloy wheels.
