You need to take it to the dealer or a tire shop that has a tool to reset it.

Partially correct, they need to program your car to the new sensors.

So i just had my rims refinished, and 4 new tires put on em. They didnt leave my stock valve stems and i guess that means thats why TPMS light has came on. Am I going to have to take it to my dealership and buy all new stems?

you definitely need to contact the people that refinished them and get your sensors back, the dealer will charge ~40 a piece for each sensor and may try to charge you for reprograming too, could turn into a 300+ bill

$40 is cheap for a tpms sensors... in canada they want like $90 for each sensor and if you buy all 4 they'll reprogram it for free at some dealers.

CHH (College Hills Honda) sells them for 39.57 each

2009-2011 Honda Civic Alloy Wheels for Sedan

Unless the Canadian ones are different you're getting ripped off at $90 a sensor

Searched and couldn;t find anything clear but does anyone know if the Honda TPMS sensors fit Evo 8 wheels? If not what sensors work with the 09 Si TPMS system and fit Evo 8 wheels? Thanks for any help on this.
