I just realized my mistake in that other thread. I wasn't even giving you what you asked anyhow. I'm sorry. I posted TL rims- not even TL-S.
As for the CL Type S rims, I haven't seen them on the new Civics, but they're nearly identical to the Accord EX V6 Coupe wheels that are available now on 2006 models and the TL Type S rims 2002-2003. The only difference is that the CL rims were half an inch wider. I know that doesn't help any further, but I just wanted to apologize for my posts. |

I had them on my RSX Type S. They are very heavy and I have no idea if they weigh more than the stock Si wheels but I bet they do. On the Type S, they improved the look of the car but I could easily tell there was more weight at the wheels while driving. I could feel the suspension compressing all the time whereas with the stock wheels rarely.
You guys wanting to upgrade rims, go aftermarket and make sure they are lighter than the stock wheels. You don't want to spend all that $ and get wheels that weigh heavier than your stock wheels. cheers. |
