thanks! i kinda like it and anyways taking off that lip would cost way way way too much... i don't think its worth it, id rather spend that money on something better.

I'm with you man....few weeks ago I asked if anyone had 20"s on their ride...because I like chrome wheels...18"s might suffice, but I have styles I like and wasn't sure. So anyways....I got to on here and seems like 99.8% dislike chrome rims...

It's funny...because from the few responses on here....I wonder who is behind the computer typing. Too gangster? Out in Cali soccer moms and everyone is riding chrome rims.....and "on the other hand...." rims with less metal look racey ricey...which IMO is funny because when I think or see a Civic...the last thing I think is racey...but when I see some of these light rims the first thing I think is ricey....

If I ever get the cash to blow...I am getting 20"s, or 19"s or maybe even 18" chrome rims for my Civic....I'll take my cheap but nice looking rims over some inexpensive cheap looking rims...

I just don't think huge rims look right on a Honda.

depends on offset and if ur dropped. With a more aggressive drop and offest there may be a lil rubbing but i think there are a lot of ppl on here running 18x8 no problem

What is the spec for the spacers you are getting? I am looking to get H&R spacers 5mm all around but I don't know what hub bore I need for spacers.

I know someone running 18x8 35+ dropped on sportline springs. He said he only rubs on dips.

I actually saw that post, and everyone attacked you like you were some kind of monster. Why do people get "offended" because you want to put 20"s on your car? Who cares, it's your car!

I like my chrome rims and I don't care what people think. I'm not trying to be a gangsta or anything else, I just like chrome rims. Pesonally, i think they can look classy.

^I don't generally like flashy rims, but I cannot argue that they don't look good on your car! Were you thinking of going bigger then 18's by any chance?

Not really, I think 18 is probably the biggest you should go on a daily driver to still maintain functionality and reliability. I have no problem with 20s on a civic though. I like most types of rims.....and I don't hate on others...
