hmm ok, I just figured that 225 is the too wide and was a bad choice in tire size. I thought cause they aren't stock tires. I wonder why HONDA didn't put 225's on instead of 215's when you buy the Si. what gives?.
I like how the sidewalls of the 225's bow or bulge out of the sides of the wheel giving it that more grippy feel and look. |

ok, I was originally going to go with the 215-45-17 OEM size tires but I think I can get away with putting 225-45-17 sizes on my Enkei wheels. They're the same specs as the OEM Si stock wheels-17x7 with a 45mm offset. I like the Si wheel specs. Looks like I'ma have to go with the 225's. I am NOT dropped at all. But when I DO lower, I plan on just going with the HFP suspension. This way I don't have to worry about rubbing at all and still have tires that wide AND be lowered atleast an inch more. FTW!. You have to have a happy medium. Too gready and you're going to have problems.
