Tires for my Si wheels

Just got my Si wheels today. Now I need some tires.

The stock size for the Si wheel is 215/45/17 I believe. Could I go with a 205/45/17?

I am not looking for a performance tire.

Short answer: Yes.

You can also look at 205/50 - 215/50, as well as plus sizes as well. Are you looking to shave weight or save money? Shaving weight but losing grip surface can be counter productive. Saving money, whatever meets the bill.
