Nippon rims from ebay......

Hey, i was wondering if these rims would fit an 06 civic LX?

Also, is Nippon a good brand of rims? They seem to be lightweight at 15 lbs.

Last question... will the stock tires on my steelies fit of these bad boys?

Actually with a wheel spacer I think it'd fit, and 7.0" rims isn't too wide.
