Nitto Invo vs. Neo Gen ?

Haven't heard much about these invo tires, wondering if anyone has an opinion on them.
Just looked at the prices, the Invos are about $150 more for a set so not a big deal.

Is the step up worth it? The all-season ability of the neo's I don't care about, wet and dry is more important.

the Invo is a step higher than the neo gens... they are more quite n better handeling but dont last as long... 260 vs 280...

the Invo 225/40 r18 are cheaper than the neo gens 215/40 r18... just remember these tires are not good for snow but are defenetly good for wet n dry...

I'm not too worried about the wear, just wondered if the extra money was going to equal extra grip, haha.
Thanks.

i have the nitto nt 555 extreme performance its in between the neo gens and invo and the tread is at 300 so far they grip good and i tested them to make sure i took hard corners and i would recommend them. I was gonna try the invo but wanted more tread so went with these ill try the invo next time.

I currently have Neo-Gens. Its a really good tires but tread wear isn't the best for aggressive DD'ing. I'm thinking about going with the Invo's next spring. Hopefully the Summer only compound will do better that the all season compound. I'll be running 225/45/17.

my friend ran them on his e55 amg benz and said they were quiet as hell. We took off the KDW NT (the nt is the one on the Mugen, and there is a diff between this one and the one with the NT). All my friends that have them/have had them, like S4's and R32's, hate the road noise of the KDW NT

Check into the Hankook v4 es. They are quiet and handle very well - wet or dry.

Plus they are W rated and All-season.

Luv 'em.
