Seattle WA area (trying to get meets going)

hey every one im looking to get everyones opinion on this. Talking to some of the 8th gen people at the last meet it seems everyone is willing to go to a meet but no one is willing to host one well my thought is (and ive done this with other car clubs and it seems to work ) is y not we do a meet at least once a month and we can do a variation of meets, cruise, meet/dinner, and so on, that way next time we try and have a big meet there will be a bigger group than just 8 ppl . Just a thought, I kinda wana see how you guys feel about this and who would be interested in doing this with me

Like I said at the last meet it is usually myself or Bman that organize meets. Which we have no problem doing. It's just a lot of people say they want to go and then they don't. Or they go to one and not the next. If all the people that went to the last couple of meets were there we would have had 30+ cars on Saturday.

Everyone will agree at the last meet we had a lot of fun and met great people. So I love meets.

How about we pick a central place to everyone and meet once a month like you said. I'm up for it. Rain or shine show up.

Give me the details for your June 7th meet with the accords. I should be able to go.

sean was the one that had all the info on that, I was planing on going to that too o yeah i saw a 4dr si HABI on post today im gona try and track him down so u wont feel left out no more :)

Hey everyone,

Here is the info from CB7tuner.com. i already asked them if we could have 8th gen civics show and they all seem pretty cool about it. They are ALL a great group of guys/girls and ive been a part of that crowd for more than 4 years.

So if you would like to tag along. thats fantastic! id love to NOT be the only civic that tags along. its an early meet but should be fun!

PS- let me know if you are OFFICIALLY going to show... so i can give them a headcount. As we are gonna be BBQ'ing

Count me in on this one. Yea that would be a good idea actually javi, then when new people show up it's alot easier for them to remember where to go or find it since all of us will be meeting up in the same area. The only thing is that depending on where the meet is and what kind of event will take place the location of the meeting location might need to be moved so that way we are closer to the event and people don't get lost as easily, cause I hated being new and not know where to go or how far the event might be from the meeting location. Hit me back on ideas about what you think I like where your heading with this though.

LOL, I was just kidding. Thats a pretty long drive, so I'm not sure if I'll be attending. I'll still think about it though. Thanks for the compliment on my car. I'd love to finish her off by adding some HFP suspension and 18in HFP wheels. But thats too much right now.

well hey guys, seems as though I'm not goin to make the june 8th meet with the accords or with us since last night I was rear ended. It's moved the bumper and gotten into the trunk crumple zone and so it's goin to be in the shop for maybe a week and the best part is, the girl who hit me totalled her car and had no isurance and was driving on a suspened lisence. But I feel bad for her cause she was hit from behind and the person who hit her ran right after he hit her. But I hope to be able to go to the next meet. Keep you posted.

Yea I'm fine she was only goin maybe fifteen when she hit me so it was just more of car damage then me physically. But I get to go in for estimates on tuesday so I will let you guys know how it plays out.
