Las Vegas - Lake Mead/Hoover Dam Cruise

Sunday, May 18

**MUST HAVE MINIMUM ROLL COUNT OF 10 TO HAPPEN**

Meet at Desert Bloom Park at 11am.

Leave the park at 12pm and cruise to Boulder City to buy some food, then off to Lake Mead to grub and take pictures and complain about gas.

After whatever time, we'll head over to the Lake Mead overlook, which is on the way to Hoover Dam.

Then we'll continue on to

There is a KFC in Boulder City so we can grab some finger food if anybody wants. Maybe we can all just pitch in for something there.

I'm also inviting the EP3 group once again, so let's shoot for a big turnout while the weather is still nice!

**open to changes**

Weekends are going to be tentative through the middle of June, but I'd like to make it.

We also need a 'cut off' time for leaving the park, heading out to the dam. I don't think anyone wants to hang out for 3 hours waiting for stragglers to show up. (Ooops, Roy )

Dude, I even cancelled some of my birthday plans to go to that meet. I got up all early, washed and detailed my car and everything that morning and drove to the meet. Just the wrong one!

Alright, will add a departure time. By the way, I'm also thinking of adding a minimum roll count limit for this to happen. Will add one for now and let me know about any other suggestions.

Minimum roll count works for me.

At least you had a good excuse, Roy. I drove by a meet twice and didn't see the folks, so I drove away. So which is worse, senility or oblivion?

Our meets haven't been terribly big, so I don't think parking should be an issue. But we can still always go wherever we want food once we get there.

Just remember that we are gonna eat at the lake, so make sure you're comfortable with eating somethin without a table. That's why I voted KFC for some finger foods, and for everybody, rather than individual orders.
