Need Info On Buying

I'm looking to buy a base Si Sedan, don't really care on the color. Have they gone down in price over the past few months? Is it possible to get it 20k OTD? If not less? I would appreciate the input.

get a new one for 20k but you better have cash!

I do have cash in hand. I heard that doesn't help with bigger lots rather than smaller ones.
