Red face Phoenix/Scottsdale/Chandler/Gilbert question

I'll be visiting the area soon and staying at Gilbert. Question for all the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and East Valley folks. Any good Chinese restaurants in the area? Preferably in the Gilbert and Chandler area. I don't mind driving to Phx/Scottsdale for some good Chinese food either. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks .

Check out C-Fu Gourmet in Chandler. They are only of the only Chinese restaurants to do dim sum in Phoenix. They also serve from the menu.

Jade Palace also does dim sum and regular menu items.

There aren't that many great Chinese restaurants in AZ, unfortunately.
