Glad to see a Vegas thread. I've got a Silver 4-Door Si. Not much done to it yet other than tint. Maybe I'll catch up with some of you on Thursdays.
+1 for Tom Mcmillan or Adrian at Shack Findlay Honda. I got out of there in less than 2 hours with a better deal that I expected. |

sweet. I don't really know anyone else. I used to be in a car club called Critical Condition. don't know if anyone has heard of them, but I got out. Too much drama. I think they split after i left. |

Although the meet is not exclusive to 8th gens, non-8th gens must park on the sides during shoots.
Thats pretty much my only stipulation. That and it must be able to keep up with at least a non-Si on the roads, which probably isn't hard to do. But some older non-modded Civic's may fall behind slightly, i always try to keep driving ability and safety in mind, but we do try to punch it in some of the cruises. >

Um, I wasn't here last year, so I'm not sure where this meet took place. Or what the date was. |

Quick OT question for Vegas people; with the semi-recent housing boom in vegas (at relatively low prices) did crime increase ? My parents seem to want to buy a house there, but I fear that Vegas will become a crime riddled city in a couple of years......any thoughts??

well, i've only been here for 2 1/2 yrs, so I wasnt here before the big housing boom. I'd have to say that crime in any city that keeps growing like vegas does, will get worse. I doubt it will be "crime riddled". but, Just like any other big city, there are the slums, mediocre housing areas, and the rich areas. I believe buying a house in any city is a great investment. As long as the property doesn't go to hell. I just bought my house last november. Lovin' it so far!

But we met near the strip and rolled out to some nearby national/state parks. its like 5 bucks a car for aboutttt.... i dunno hour to hour and a half of cruising. (if we dont turn around and come back) |
