Ok, seems like we are the most inactive area. lmao.

Given that our area is pretty big, as far as i can tell; "West", covers like 1/3 the US in terms of size.

SO. What does everyone think of a meet?

I will be arriving sometime around Saturday morning (13th) to scope out the location.

We will be meeting at Orleans Arena.

Itinerary(schedule):
Saturday the 13th:
Meet and Greet: 10am - 1 pm ( I will be there at 10, you guys dont have to come THAT early, but you MUST arrive sometime before 2pm, or you'll have to wait till the next day for a group cruise ).
Lunch: 1pm - 2pm
Gas-Up/Prep: 2pm - 2:30pm
Valley Of Fire/Overton Cruise: 2:30pm - 5:30pm
The total length of this cruise is somewhere around 125 miles.
Pick up any late comers: 5:30pm - 6pm
Dinner: 6pm - 7:30pm
Tour of Vegas: 7:30pm - 9pm Im thinking Fashion Mall? Park where ever, meet on the 3rd Floor Food Court
Party time: 9pm - ??

Sunday the 14th:
Meet and Greet: Noon - 1pm ( im picking 12pm, im assuming most of us will be quite tired from the day before, and thats when you get kicked out of your hotels )
Lunch: 1pm - 2 pm
Gas-Up/Prep: 2pm - 2:30pm
Red Rock Run: 2:30pm - 4 pm ( this cruise isnt anywhere nearly as long, but it will be mostly slow going )
Pick up any late comers: 4pm - 4:30pm
>Insert Group Activity Here< Maybe roll up to the NASCAR Cafe in nothing but Hondas, that'd be funny.
Dinner: 6pm - 7pm
Tour again? 7-?
Party again!!-?

Ill be printing directions and maps for people who are going on the cruises, they will be distributed at the meet.

In the interest of making it a somewhat equal drive for everyone, California is not a option. This is a WEST meet, not just Cali.

Vegas is looking good. Im trying to find a place in north Nevada, but im not too familiar with that area. Anyone got a good spot to meet in Northern Nevada?

this would be a towards the end of the year thing. Late November or Early December would be good. After Thanksgiving so people can eb with family/friends, and at least 2 weeks before Christmas. That way people wont be strapped for cash/gas money/travel expenses from both Holidays.

Weekend of December 8th sounds good.

the location would all kinda depend on a few factors:

- age range of everyone

- how long the meet is (1/2 day, 1 day, 2 days?)

- whether we just wanna cruise or head to a track, or just chill in a parking lot
