HRP 07 FA5 here. Decided I should join the forum so I could get some information on the FD2 conversion I'm considering.

I was going to take some yesterday to post but I was too busy at work. I'm off today so I'll try to get some.

EDIT: Picture added.

No and no. I do have the accessory door visors, but I don't really consider that a mod. I was considering an AEM CAI, but I've got the front driver side pop/clank thing so I'm thinking I might try the HFP suspension first. BIH will probably charge me $1K+ for it though.

I might try to stop by for the meet up in Hilo, do you know if it will be the old building or the new one?

u should go with some dropsprings if you want to, but if you got the money go coilovers. the HFP on my old civic si coupe was great, it handled real good and it had a little drop. wat mods do u got!

Right now I'm running stock. I don't have a lot of disposable income at the moment but I had been considering getting the following in this order:
  1. AEM Cold Air Intake
  2. HFP exhaust
  3. FD2 rear bumper cover and shave trunk keyhole and badge
  4. FD2 side skirts
  5. FD2 front conversion with CSX headlights
  6. HFP suspension for Si
Unless they can figure out the clanking coming from the front driver's side of my car though, I may try the HFP suspension first to see if that can get rid of the noise.

Yeah, I've been trying to get some insight from others on the forum but Big Island Honda has done the bump stop TSB and replaced the power steering rack trying to fix it and I still get it. Some of the research I've done indicates it may be the axel or strut. I have a recording of the sound it makes and will be having them listen to it on Monday.
