I am being told that it is 2.38" piping by Megan Racing but where it connects to cat and also where abe and mid meet are 2.25"

It is designed as an OEM style hence why it is OE-RS series.

Well...too bad the axle back won't work...I'd take a chance because I don't mind some fabrication....but without being able to mock one up.....who knows...

well...according to megan's webiste....the axleback should work with the FA5...I want to check on this....and then I should be placing an order...thanks

Kind of a weird question but any idea of whether or not you could bolt up the Megan Racing Mid Pipe to a Honda HFP Axle Back exhaust, and if so would there be any benefit behind it?

should work as it is an oem replacement...

also, some benefit as it is free flowing and a little larger in diameter.

Cool thanks for the info. I myself am going for a more free flowing catback setup but I thought of the idea while i was reading through this thread and figured I'd ask.

Who knows maybe someone else was thinking of doing it.
