Traction control is an option, HID headlamps is a joke, the top is manual, the steering column is NON adjustable, and you have to pay $1700 for the LSD. Simply put, you're getting a car, with the Yamaha/Lotus-tuned engine in the back, grip in the rear, and a big f*cking grin on your face on tight twisties. I'm still debating if I like the "new" Elise tail area. The new spoiler looks literally added onto the body panel.

I got stuck in traffic today right in front of the Mitsu dealership... with their RR EVO X with the sight and sound package and aero kit on. Lets just say I'm not changing the name of my "EVO fund". And yes, my excel file that has all the calculations and money stuff on it is entiteld "evolution fund" lol.

Lotus Elise/Exige is an absolute sports car. No reasonable person would drive one as a DD, let alone have one as their only car. More fun than an Evo (and better looking IMO), but not as practical.

thats the way to go. I have personaly riden in one and it was with the stock toyota motor and you feel like your in some kinda hatch, on rails! handling is outa this world. The seats are a little stiff, so any long road trips are out of the question, but that thing would romp on a Evo X on any kinda course with a decent technical section. If your buying a dd then get the evo. If you want somethnig to take to an autox, road course, or just out for a cruise and turn some heads, get the elise. As far as the exige, waste of money, k20 all the way, chweck out the ariel atom and how their doing with a SC K20. my .02
