Uhmm. valet or keyless?

It's been a while since I've let a shop service/work on my car.
I think I remember giving the dealer my valet key the first time I got my oil changed but tomorrow I'm going to the body shop and they'll have my car for a few days.

Am I supposed to hand them my valet key or the (main) keyless entry key?

I know.... random n00b question

^ agreed besides you can lock the glove box and the trunk (if they have no reason to be in it) and the gas tank before you drop it off.

Glove box have no lock.
I wasnt sure if they needed the "$150 key" for any reason at all so I thought I'd ask first

It depends on what they are working on. If you lock the trunk and give them the valet key, and they need to get back there to do something, you're going to get an angry call.

Yea I thought about that. They will not be needing to get in there.
They just need to be able to drive the car in the shop and open the passenger door which I assume they can do if they can open the drivers door.

If you lock the trunk, does that disable the trunk button near the seat from working?

Yes, that is what the keyhole there is for.
