I would go with 4 Gigs of ram, but then i need to switch to a 64 bit OS.
This would be no problem for most people but i am a flash developer and there are ridiculous problems between vista 64 and flash.

I like it. I need to clean it up tho... I didnt use it for about 7 months because my desk was too clutter w/ stuff when I moved back home. I had a laptop too, so I used the laptop full time. But the laptop died a couple weeks ago so I had to fire up the beast again. It needs some TLC to get it all 'cleaned up' from all the garbage i put on it previously. But I just havent had time.

I dont blame you. Ive been toying with making the switch... I just dont like how annoying it is to find files and such on a Mac.

For lack of better terms (and i know this isnt the right terminology)... I like the file system of Windows much more than the file system of Macs

It's not on the mac you can't find the files, it's OsX , the computer has nothing to do with it. It's the OS.

I run Leopard and XP on my laptop. (need to, clients demand it) it's a Dell laptop, everything works great.

Just run a machine with OsX and one with a Microsoft OS, you'll be happy.

Touche, it IS the OS... and I knew this. Like I said... i wasnt describing it properly .

I never had much luck w/ dual-booting my comp... but thats probably because I was doing a half-assed job on it.
