Fired a employee

Just watched one of the techs we hired recently get fired, man he just couldn't take it. I felt bad for him but he has a additude problem. We might have almost lost one of our good jobs from him cussing and throwing things and he broke some windows when trying to install them by himself even though they are 2-men jobs. He just didnt get it, he was saying its because he was yelling at my brother in the office but that wasnt it at all. Just a little rant over someone acting a fool.

Has anyone else seen someone blow up about getting fired?

Everyone I've had fired or seen get fired just either goes silent or cries.

Its the quitters that rip their shirts off like hulk and go crazy.

i got someone fired but i didnt fire him its was my boos....but i told on the guy...its was him or me....so i won

my boss did something really ****** up a few months back. could have had him fired in a second but decided not to. long story short....i should have.

Oh man. I have more than my fair share. I smack the desk on em....they jump through the roof. Just part of the job. Either sack up, or get out.

We hired a new guy who starts on monday, drives a nice looking Mustang GT. I just ran out to the postal office and when I came back I guess he called and talked to the owner and I guess he was really nasty to her.

if i ever had to fire someone, i would do it scavenger hunt style. you know, give them a piece of paper with a riddle on it...and then when they figure out the riddle, itd point them towards the next piece of paper with a riddle on it...and keep doing that until theyve collected all their things and walked out the door. after which, theyd find a piece of paper under a rock that said "youre fired."

oh man i could start a thread on ppl getting fired...

over here at work all the fireings are epic... and their are so many of them too...

in one month we got rid of 10ppl... we closed the bodyshop and filled it with parts... then the service manager was told to get rid of 3 guys, but the owner told us(nigh shift) that he was getting rid of 4, then we told the dayshift, everyone was expecting to see 4 ppl getting axed and everyone knew who they where... one by one they got matched into the office, then once the third one was gone we egged the manager to call in the whinniest guy in just for laughs, so he called him in. you could here him raging in the shop, walks into the front expecting to get fired and everyone just laughs, so he did too, pretty good prank...


BTW the 4th guy was the service manager... but he was drunk 24/7 totally useless and way over paid.

last guy to get fired hare was the parts manager, now we dont have any managers left o_O...


basicly he fell for the nigerian scam, he got badly worded emails from some diplomat that needed parts, well we started getting "relay chats" ment for deff peopl, guy typed something, then a operater tels you what he wrote and types your responce... well he ended up sending $120000.00 worth of stuff over to england, and ran through 70 credit cards through... the cops showed up when it was all over...

this was over a month of this scammer sending him a list of 10-15 credit card numbers and saying run them till they max and move on...

this didnt get him fired though... he has a "supposid" wife that "apparently" has "brain cancer" well he is on salery and took about 2 months off a week and a half at a time because every time she was dieing... sympathy ran out quickly, right before inventory he left and never came back, then once he did he didnt have a job to comeback to...
