crushed finger...
well exactly what it says, i crushed the tip of my finger today at work. Setting a tool height on my machine and it went down too fast and crushed my middle finger in between the tool and part. The whole fingernail came out but they put it back in and it broke the tip of the bone off, so i have to go have surgery tomorrow morning for that. Just wanted to express that to someone lol. I would post pics but i can barley look at it not to mention its wrapped up and i can't remove it.

it did hurt like hell at first but after they numbed it at the doctor its not too bad, gave me some lortabs so that shoudl help also. And i don't use my middle finger to type with, or at least right now lol. Thanks for luck, i really need it right now. When i got back to the shop i looked at my machine and the tool was less than a half inch form the part, which was crazy to see.
not to make anyone sick but when it happened i actually heard it crunch, i hoped it wasn't the bone but it was. Kind of sounded like a piece of wood or a tree snapping in half. |
