sort of.
what you can do is go transfer money to paypal account from credit card--ahead of time. then pay normally. the difference is that when you do it this way, paypal will charge YOU the 3% or whatever. actually nevermind, i just checked and it seems that you can only do that with a bank account now, not a credit card. |

^^ I don't think you can change the payment method if you have a PayPal balance (money in your acct that people have paid you). It will always use the PayPal balance 1st before using one of the other forms of payment.
Now one thing you could do is go to the withdrawl tab and transfer your PP balance to your bank account (free) and then when you have a zero balance, pay with your credit card. |
