It was pretty good!

I just watched it in 10 minute segments on youtube.

The angelic feed is only 15% done so hooray youtube.

"No one can hear you scream in prison"
"rounding up the crims"
The wheel spikes were hilarious.

I tried searching, but did not find any....but is there any way to buy Top Gear seasons in Blu-Ray?

....or at least DVD's.....

I'd really much rather watch it on the TV screen than smaller and lower resolution laptops...

they have some DVDs which are "best of" season, not full episodes, and they are PAL region 2 only.

BBC America shows complete shows, but they are about 1-2 seasons behind.

id really reccomend getting the torrents. if you have an XBOX 360 or a PS3, you can burn them onto a CD and watch them on that. (or if your decent with networking you can set up streaming via Wi Fi.)

if you have a DVD burner you can burn them into DVDs. before i had a PS3, i got 1 DVD-RW and just made one every week. on an HDTV, they should slightly worse than DVDs, and would be indistinguashable on SD sets.

I have a PS3, and I'm assuming you now use it to watch Top Gear....what and how exactly?

Thanks e60!

Nope. They cut about 14 minutes out of each episode for commercials.

well once you have the files on your computer as Xvid/Divx encoded avi's its pretty simple. you can use a flash card, usb drive, or burned CD to transfer them to the PS3. just go to video, then whichever device you put in (CD, USB, SD, etc) and then the video should pop up. sometimes you need to press Triangle first, and then select "show all" before it pops up.

secondly if your decent with computers you can set up Windows Media player 11 to send anything thats in its library to the PS3 over Wi Fi. (as long as the PS3 can read that file type)

here is a rough guideline:
HOW TO: Media Sharing between PS3 and WMP11 (Windows Media Player 11) PC - PLAYSTATION®3 Media - PlayStation.com Forums

if you dont know how to get the higher quality Divx/Xvid instead of the Youtube, the first thing is to get a bit torrent client. (reccomend utorrent
then go to Finalgear.comwhere they have a mininova torrent link for each espisode every week.

rough guide on using torrents:

Tonite's was old school TG...lots of actual car reviews and films and only 1 stupid stunt with Top Gear Stuntman. STi gets shredded by JC in comparison to the Evo X. I like the comedy value in the show but it was cool (speaking of which, its back!) to just see a bunch of cars ripping aorund the track!

I am really curious about American top gear. I know it wont be as good as the original top gear but I have been really wanting a show like top gear that I can relate more to since its mostly european talk.
