in my marketing class we are going over advertising on website. and u would be amazed on how much money they make off advertisements... facebook is having problems with the ads and users complaining about the ads it is getting crazy

They make money just for ad impressions as well... Less than a click, but still... adds up when you have millions of users, and billions of pageviews!

Facebook is worth alot more than that... that site doesnt calculate it correctly, I would bet 8thcivic is worth more than 30k as well a significant amount more.

ya its way off. so if it had 40 mil as facebook n its really worth billions n it had 8thcivic at 30k if its off proportonately than 8th would be worth a few million
