What's the craziest sandwich you ever made?

So I just got home from a bit of in and out, and made this crazy concoction:

Flat bread
2 types of hummus (Jalapeno and Spinach)
spicy feta mix (ground up feta, onion, and spiiice)
lean, shaved turkey
provolone cheese
sun dried tomatoes

I rolled that sumbitch up and devoured it. Amazing.

So, what's your oddest sammich?

Around a year ago me and two friends attempted to make some epic sandwiches. Lost the pics of mine but luckily one of my other friends has pics of his on his myspace lol. Mine was quite similar to this, except I used sourdough and a couple different ingredients.

1. Pepperoni, sausage and chicken Pizza Hut Pan Pizza (That's right, pizza in a sandwich!)
2. Dry Salami
3. Bacon
4. Cheese Curds from A&W
5. Loaf of Cheese bread
6. KFC Chicken Strips
Crappy pic of the completed monster.

I just made a gooooood sandwich but not too crazy.

Sourdough bread, roast beef, canned roasted red peppers, provolone cheese and pesto spread. Butter the outsides of the bread and throw it on the Forman Grill. Holy f**k it was goooood!

When I was younger and lived with my very Russian grandparents:

Two chunks of shepard's bread
Two thick slices of cow's tongue (yeah, really)
Dollop of spicy mustard
Butter the bread
Apply mayo
Red onions
Add one or more slices of salami, pepperoni, or other 'spicy' meat
Lettuce

Serve cold or warm

^^ Sounds like a nice combo of flavors... although I've never had cow tongue. Do you remember enough to describe the tongue?

I actually loved the tongue. It was very tasty, though the texture was odd (I was a kid, I didn't know any different and was not told what it was until much later). Rich flavor and a savory smell when warmed up.
