not to be an idiot but what blind person tries to cross the street, they cant see the sign. found this goin to work and it just confused me lol

You are an idiot then. The sign isn't for the blind, it's to make driver's aware that people crossing the street might be blind. Dear god, did I just seriously have to explain that?
