Yes they are really called bucket wheels used in very large mines to escovate resources and whatnot. This picture was taken when this machine was being moved from one mine to another.

^ there is that exact same sign for expectant mothers here in vegas @ a mall. makes no sense to have it at the mall imo, its not like there is a doctors office there...
