ok, so like my sister get a IM on aim...and this guy starts giving her trouble. and apprently wanted to spread a rumor around in the shcool she goes to that shes a "slut".

personally i would carless but i think i know the dick that was telling her this.

long story shot ex friend, total duche.

so he talks crap about everyone, people he sees, retards, people he doesn't know, people he doesn't talk to, everyone....and no one does anything about it.

its really making me mad. i honestly want to like beat the living crap out of this kid cuz he just doesn't know when to stop...hes really pushing his luck too.

next time i find out he's doing more shit im prob going to end up fighting this kid. btw he also key scratched my car. almost killed him there but didn't.

god he really pisses me off.

oh and to top it off, i was painting my break calipers red, and used break cleaner and sprayed it in my eye... my eye still ******* hurts...

lol, i know i could take the kid, i did judo, taekowndoo, kick boxking for 1 1/2yrs, and shi-dum. and i max around 200 pounds. i know 200pound isn't much, but a hell of alot more than this kid can lift. he prob can't lift over 115...from last last year, when i could rember he could barely do a set of 100pounds with the bar.

then again i don't want to kill the kid, i just want him to get a beating he won't forget, and he'll learn from.

oh btw, the great thing about this. if it happends on school grounds, he can't sue me, he has to sue the school.

The kid definitely needs to get the crap beat out of him, but you gotta wait until you're out of high school to do so. Check out the scenario...you beat the sh*t out of him, he raises his hand and tells on you, you get expelled from school, have a tough time getting into a good college because of your shady record, get a poor paying job because you didn't get a good education, die alone because all the girls will date will think you're a total loser, AND that little douche bag you beat up in high school will still make fun of you and brag about how he ruined your life.

My suggestion to you right now is to let the school know that he is bullying your kid sister and those other people. Talking sh*t about other people thru IM is harrassment. Keep a record of your AIM conversations as evidence to present to authorities whether it's the principal, dean, counselor, parents, or cops. Get your friends and your sister's friends involved, too. The more people involved, the stronger your case will be.

well i don't want to fight out side of school cuz then cops get involded. i doubt there going to expell me cuz, i know this guy taht choked my friend till he passed out then, he hit the floor and got knocked out, and almost died. the kid just got susspended for a longgg time, so he lost credit, then got expell....but the point of this story is, im not going to knock him out or choke him till he passes out. just enough where he has a bloodly noise or somthing....enough to get the point across.

oh and he can't sue me if its on school grounds, it has to sue the school.

Had this probelm with a kid doing this to my daughter. Traced the email and took it to the principle and confronted the kid. Had a choice, either he gets suspended for 5 days or washes the hallway walls for three weeks during breaks lunch etc. I believe public humiliation is best.
