If you watch Fox 11 News in the morning you have probably seen this. Its a joke of a morning newscast, but its entertaining. They play this clip very often; they get a kick out of it. It originally came from an interview they had in Huntington Beach, California when the surf was in full swing. Now they play it pretty much every time there is floods/heavy rain/good surf weather/high surf

I think this guy pretty much hits the stereotype right on the dot.

BTW i live in The OC too, so i think this is hilarious.

haha thats funny shit. I can so tell he was ***** with them. I woulda done the same thing too haha. I kite board out at newport sometimes, but dont surf too much.
