I don't get the point of it... I never use it... why bother to have it!

Admittedly on Facebook though... but that's only cool when you first join and you're adding everyone... eventually that dies down, you notice you have 200 "friends" and realize how ridiculous it is

Myspace is for the devil, even though i do have one i check it once in a lifetime.. usually my friends call me to tell me they sent me a msg.. then its like go ahead and tell me what you wrote me

Man, I deleted my myspace page a looong time ago. Then my friend took a couple of bad pics of me one night after a meet and posted them up with some not exactly flattering comments below.. So I had to make another one just to defend myself, lol. Now I use it basically for email and making fun of other people.
Well that, and I have a playlist posted up on it and sometimes when I'm chillin here on the ocho I just sit and listen to it, lol.

Myspace is ill... keeps me in touch with people. I agree some people take it way too seriously and go way way overboard, but for what I use it for, it's real good.

I don't know what peoples obsession is with it. I personally just leave it up because old friends can get a hold of you, and for other reasons mentioned. Pretty much, I just use it as an email service with a messenger built in.. that you can post pics up on, lol.

I just enjoy being able to easily keep in touch with my friends. Being 16 and all, most of my friends and acquaintances have Myspace accounts so it works out well. About a year ago I felt like I was totally over it, deleted my account, and came back. It's wack that people have like ten thousand friends and are just faking jax over the internet... but whatever. I'm not going to let that ruin it for me. Just like I don't let the fact that most people rice the f*ck out of the Civic stop me from enjoying mine :)

ya i probably get on it a couple times a week to see if i have any comments or messages. Ill post up a group load of pics like every year or somethin lol. Its nice though, it keeps me in touch with alot of people whose #'s i dont have or people i lost touch with. i really wont comment anybody or anything unless they comment me. Ill message a couple people though to see whats up.

I joined when there was less than 1000 people & thought "No one is on this site. Screw this." & then deleted my profile. About a year & a half to a two years later, a friend asked me if I'd heard of myspace, as it was the hot new thing (circa 2005). I was like "What the hell, that site gets visitors, now?"

Ended up signing up to catch up with a few friends & have used it ever since for that reason.

People can bash the site all they want. It's a great way to stay in touch with people & conceivably even make new friends.

I used to have a myspace i had only the people i knew and i made an awesome page. Problem was i got sick of it because of other people's cra**y html skills and had to add glitter, snow and a bunch of other garbage. And all the fake invites just was enough.
I moved to facebook much more simpler and less garbage. but even so the applications are kind of getting annoying when you go to someones page and have to scroll 5 pages to get to the wall.

My cousin went as far as to sleeping with a girl that he met off of myspace. Sounds good right? Nah.. he got her pregnant. The kicker, in all her pics she has this huge mole on her forhead covered up.. but you can't cover that up in day to day life.

Damn, I need to get a picture of that mole.

I don't think I've dated or fooled with anyone I've met via myspace.
