I remember when this happened. The girl that got out and hit the bimmers window was freaking out because her baby was in the back seat.. Suprisingly they all pulled through without any serious injury. I wish I could find the vid of the 15 year old kid in Dallas that stole his aunts lexus sc 430 and hit a concrete post at like 50 mph. Dead stop, got out and ran with no injuries... that made me fall in love with Lexus'

Instead of having higher taxes etc and paying for prisons, they should just shoot people like that on site.

Or simply stop putting people in prison for crimes that don't hurt anyone and put the real criminals in prison for life. Molest a child? Have some probation. Get caught with pot? Life in prison. Stupid asses.

Truck + BMW in texas + being on tv = redneck that wants to get free drinks at the bar that night. Everyone and their mom out here has a truck, and they all think that they own the damn road and are better than everyone else.

Because, from my experience, they are usually either a) armed, or b) uncooperative.

Notice how this guy, after the crash a) got out of the sun roof b) put his hands up and c) cooperated.

Bingo!!!!!!!!!!.....he wasnt running away throwing a crack pipe one direction and rocks the other. He wasnt armed and he wasnt totaly jacked out of his brain and acting unpredictably.

Regardless of who it was if someone cooperated and got out of the car with their hands up and layed on the ground that is how they would have been treated. Its not as if they let him walk to the car uncuffed and offered him a sandwich. The cop cuffed him, then basically drug him off the ground and forced him over to the ledge, searched him as usual......to say that only happened because he was a white male in a nice car is totaly rediculous. He was a cooperative criminal first who was predictable and secondly a white male.
