Exclamation Pipelines Burst in NYC-my story!!

Craziest time yesterday. Sitting at work and ready to go to the Yankee game when the fire alarm goes off in my building. We had to run down 50 flight of stairs!

We got out onto the road and we're forced uptown. People we're screaming. Women took off there shoes and left them. Everyone thought it was a terrorist attack.

Anyways, the steam was so high i couldn't see any buildings next to the massive hole in the ground. it was unreal.

I'm at work now ( my office is connected to grand central) and it's a "frozen" zone. They're also shutting down the A/C in our building soon.

the air is safe according to reports.

guess i'm going home soon

-end rant-

No your right,

an explosion in the ground and debri flying everywhere with 50 feet of steam blowing is perfectly normal.

It's crazy stuff like this that makes the states so damned cool. That tow truck looks like it's stuck in a scene from the original superman.

I was watching it at the casino yesterday. What was coming out of it besides the steam. I kept seeing splashes of stuff like boiling water or something spraying up.

Ditto!! Except for the router that got zapped by lightning in LI yesterday (beats having to go to work the rest of the week).

With the constant stream of bad news from England & the middle east and another 9/11 anniversary it makes you wonder what these maniacal fanatic animals are up to.
