What should I get my wife for our 10 year anniversary?

Ok our 10 year anniversary is on the 23rd and I do not know what to get her. She is not asking for anything at all, but that would be doom if I did that. I offered to upgrade her wedding ring because when we got married when I was 20, I couldn't afford a really nice one. She said no to that because she likes what the ring symbolizes. I offered her an Iphone but she doesn't want that either. We thought about going out of town to where we spent our honeymoon at but we can not find anyone to babysit 3 kids and a dog. So far all we have planned is this Saturday night, our 3 kids are spending the night at an uncles house and we are going out to eat at one of Dallas' best restaurants (Abacus). Any suggestions that are reasonable would be appreciated. I'm not rich or anything, but I would like to get her something nice. And also she's not into cars so don't say a set of wheels for her car (2005 Pathfinder). Here are 2 pictures of her.

I let my wife pick out anything she wanted at a fine jeweler. She initially said no, but eventually chose a diamond necklace and earings. It cost me a few G's (ouch). However, what finally convinced her was me telling her that she deserved even more than that for putting up with me for ten years - this was the least I could do for her. I really meant that too.
