[edit] took out freakishly huge pic

if you look at the last pic you see all the damage done to one of the buildings in the tornado that came through downtown quite a few years ago.. All the glass is just boarded up in that pic.. crazy.

no, from the philippines but i frequent HK cuz i worked for a broadsheet newspaper's life & leisure dept. w/c requires me to go there and cover some interesting events (i.e. chinese new year, the never ending "year-round super sale", dragon boat festival, night market etc).

plus, manila to hongkong is about 1.5 hrs/$90 round trip or $130 4days/3nights w/ hotel accomodation.

ahhh, best times of my life.

When I see pictures like this, I want to move back there.

I used to love just driving through Chicago at about 2am listening to my music. Then I'd go sit down by the water at Shedd Aquarium and just stare at the skyline.
