Is it safe to drink distilled water????

There's a gallon of it in my fridge...and im kinda thirsty.....

You can drink distilled water. It's fine for you.

Distilled water is just purified more than regular water because they vaporize it -- meaning ALL impurities are left behind (can't turn into vapor with the water).

The only time I've heard distilled water being bad is when people go on water-only fasts. Since distilled water has no minerals in it, people going on fasts can loose out on the helpful minerals other water has.
