Friend sold his WoW account

HAHA, my friend just told me he sold his World of Warcraft account off craigslist for $280. HAHA, wow.

Actually I just searched it, and there are a lot of them on craigslist! For even more $! Nerds.

I had colleagues, a few years ago, that would take vacation and spend the whole week on the computer playing that deal, not seeing the light of day for 7 days. I'd ask when they returned..."Where'd you go?"....."Get laid?"....."Anything exciting?".....nope, stayed at home playing a video game for 7 days straight. Pretty sad for a grown man.

WOW. WOW for sale.

Why would someone want to sell their account? Did they discover women?

Talk about totally defeating the purpose of playing the game.

I'd sell mine because if I could make a bit of money off the ridiculously amount of time I put into that sinkhole, i'd be happy.

I got 2 accounts for wow I'll sell.

one has a 70 undead warlock
other has 70 orc rogue, 62 shaman, 47 hunter.

I quit playing back in may after I realized I had an addiction.

Now its replaced with a new addiction, the "Si".
Meeting more ppl now than I was being on WOW all the time lol.
WoW was my escape from RL for awhile because I got divorced and was really depressed for a bit. It was that or drinking.

Why would someone buy a halo 2 account? Wouldn't it be the same as making a new account? Unless you have a really unique name....
