I know this is a 7th gen civic, but can anyone tell me WTF this is about? I'll buy that if its for-real. lol. Is this like a blatant scam.

One of two things:

first, it's a scam.

second, the buyer needs to unload it quick due to financial problems. But to sell it at that price, he needs to have some serious financial problems, in which case he's full of sh*t because for a car in that condition with that mileage, if he was honest, he'd try to get as much as he can for it.

Sorry, it may be legit, but since there are so many variables, I'd call scam until proven otherwise. Try emailing him asking why so low.
