Can someone help me with Microsoft Access.
If you know how to use Microsoft Access, can you please help me and tell me if this is true or false. Im not sure of it, but it is part of my work for my summer course. I will be giving rep for the user that helps me answer these, which is the only best thing I can do and say thank you.
1. In Access, all the tables, report, forms, and queries are stored in one file. True or False 2. The primary key always consists of a single field True or False 3. To add new records or change existing records, use either Datasheet view or Form view. True or False 4. To change the field size for a text field, use the Field Size property box in the lower pane of the Table window. True or False 5. To print a query without first opening it, right-click the query in the Database window and click Print on the shortcut menu. True or False 6. The solution to the redundancy problem is to place the redundant data in a separate table, one in which the data no longer will be redundant. True or False 7. As you enter questions and terms in the Type a question for help box, Access adds them to its list. True or False |

Version 1 --------------- Person PersonId, Name, ClassRoom, ClassRoom Capacity, ClassRoomLocation Version 2 ---------- split of tables --------- Person PersonId, Name, ClassRoomId ClassRoom ClassRoomId, Capacity, Location Note that we have reduced redundancy but the FK will still repeat it self! |
