I feel as if I lost 5 brain cells reading that. It figures that our government would be so ignorant as to come up with an idea like that and to really believe it'd work.

Don't they use that bomb at USAF bootcamp? I'm pretty sure it is; in fact I think the survivors go to become Para-rescue while the rest become Airmen
