Maryland Eastern Shore; Neanderthal Breeding Territory.

SO yesterday I was coming back from a full night and day at Ocean City, and I left at about 6pm intending to back home between 8:30 - 9:00pm. I was extremely tired, so I pulled over to buy an energy drink/starbucks bottled frappucino so I could help myself stay up for the rest of trip. So on my way out of the gas station where I bought the two drinks, I sped up a bit in order to keep with the flow of traffic. I swooped to the side of one car and with only a bit of passing space got over to the side. Little did I know that there were teenage Neanderthals in the Ford Explorer riding behind me. They then keep honking at me and cut in front of me and flick me off. I say whatever, they're just pissed that I got in front of them. However, that's not the end of it. They keep honking at me, with open windows in order to flick me off. These were two white kids, shaved heads, shirtless, and with very very burnt necks...if you get my drift. They keep coming behind me and passing me with intent to that, and they kept honking me, eventually waking up my girl who was sleeping next to me. When she woke up, I turned up the music so I could drown out those losers, and everytime they honked I just kept my eyes in front of me so I wouldn't pay attention. They get their loser friends in a mid 90-s V6 mustang to flick me off as well...once again I don't really pay attention. This is what really pisses me off. They realized that they were ignoring me so they threw something small on my car that bounced off the side and made a thunking noise. Immediately, the two cars sped off but I eventually caught up with them and my girl wrote down the license plate # of the ford explorer. I couldn't get the mustangs plates, but they only flicked me off once, and didn't throw anything at my car. I pulled over after I caught up with them to see if there was any damage, and luckily nothing happened.

What I was wondering is, since I have their license plate number, and I have a witness (my passenger), is it possible to press charges against these douchebags? I know there are plenty of police officers on this website who may be able to help me out and I was wondering if I could charge them with some form of harassment or vandalism? Thanks

Cliff Notes; Douchebags kept harassing me on Route 50, threw something at my car, sped off but I got their license plate number. What can I do?

those are the kind of people that give the eastern shore a bad name. yes most of them are red neck bastards. what town where you in when all this happend? i know this is a old post but w/e
